Terms: Please complete the referral cards and provide them to your clients to order a Walkin' Wheels dog wheelchair. When your clients place orders with us, they will be asked to enter the referral number located in the upper left hand corner of the card that you provide.  After your client places an order, you will receive a referral fee of 20% of the cost of the wheelchair within 30 days after the 14-day return period has expired.
